These Terms govern your use of neoreconasia.com and osintdesk.neoreconasia.com (the “Sites”) and the OSINT, cyber risk, and private investigation services (the “Services”) offered by NeoRecon Asia. By using the Sites or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

• We provide reports derived from lawful open sources only.
• We do not hack, bypass security, or request client credentials.
• Findings reflect data available at collection time and may change.

• Provide accurate, lawful instructions and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of deliverables.

• Scope and fees are confirmed in writing.
• Work begins once payment/confirmation is received. Refunds are not guaranteed once work has started.
• We may decline work for legal, ethical, or safety reasons.

All content, reports, and deliverables remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. Clients are granted a limited license for internal use.

Client data and deliverables are treated as confidential, subject to legal obligations. NDAs may apply in specific engagements.

• Services are provided “as is.”
• No guarantee of completeness or absolute accuracy.
• Clients are responsible for their own decisions using our reports.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or reputational harm arising from use of the Sites or Services.

Services may not be used for harassment, unlawful surveillance, or illegal activities. We reserve the right to refuse unlawful or unethical engagements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines unless otherwise specified in your engagement contract. Disputes shall be subject to competent local courts.

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Sites or Services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
